Our products are made from high quality M-grade EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam, which are cut on our CNC machines. They are then spray coated in a polyurethane coating with either a render-like or smooth finish. The result is a light weight piece that is also:

• Flame retardent

• Insect resilliant

• Strong and durable

• Waterproof

• Can be finished with paint or render

All these factors lead to a versatile product that can be used for an extraodinary number of applications.
